What's more, we include free telephone technical support throughout the development of your website and for 30 days after it's launch. Many of our competititors provide email-only tech support or an expensive premium-rate support number.

Rates

We can assist with any of the above at a competitive rate of only £25 per hour, minimum charge of only £12.50. Compare that to most of our competitors charging £50+ per hour, often with less experience and with less willingness to go the "extra mile".

We often put in extra research and support on problems for our customers, beyond what we actually charge for. This is one of the reasons, we get such positive customer feedback.

Home Visits

If the problem is more impenetrable or you feel you would like us to deal with the problem on-site, a home visit can be arranged for £49 for 1 hour (postcode area EH1-EH17), with each hour charged at our standard rate after that.
